I am a quantitative social scientist specializing in behavioral public administration and performance management in the public sector. My current research focuses on performance information use, public trust and corruption. All lines of research are centered on how to foster a better government. My dissertation examines how and when public managers use performance information in the U.S. governments with experimental design.
I am a Ph.D candidate (ABD) at O'Neill School of Public Administration and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University Bloomington. I have been teaching V370-Research Methods and Statistical Modeling since 2021 Spring.
